As an engineering student assistant in End Fitting R&D (ERD), you will support development project teams in a range of tasks where you will have ample opportunity to apply your technical skills as a Mechanical Engineer. The tasks include design, analytical and numerical calculations, tests follow-up and technology implementation.

Since studies are the primary focus for our student assistants, the work will be organized flexibly so that exam periods can be accommodated, and during vacation periods, there will be opportunities for extra work. The average work effort is about one day a week.

Who are you?

• You are a mechanical engineering student, 7th-10th semester, specializing in mechanics or similar, with knowledge of strength calculations, fatigue, and materials (steel, polymers or composites).
• You have an experience with calculations on steel structures, as well as related verification and documentation.
• You communicate professionally in English, in writing and verbally.

• Pride in working in a structured, quality-conscious manner using well-documented methods and models, as required in the industry.
• A good team player and collaborator for colleagues, internal stakeholders and the factory.
• Flair for project work, including coordination and management.
