We are currently looking for a Manager, Production Process to join our team in Kalundborg, Denmark. The main responsibility will be overseeing the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment at the plant, ensuring quick and effective production equipment set up, and high efficiency of production equipment, driving continuous improvement in the production processes. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of equipment reliability, capability and production efficiency. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment. 
  • Coordinate and execute corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during maintenance. 
  • Manage the setup and calibration of production equipment. 
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly. 
  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports on performance metrics. 

 

Kay requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in production process management and equipment maintenance. 
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices. 
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety, quality, and timely deliveries. 
  • Strong team management and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools. 
  • Certification in maintenance management or related fields (preferred). 
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards, including HSE experience.
