POSITION OVERVIEW
Primary responsibility is to provide technical leadership and develop software applications by studying requirements, systems flow, data usage and work processes following the Software Development Lifecycle to meet the user needs for GN. The responsibility includes evaluating, estimating, architecting, developing, unit testing, and supporting the deployment of Software applications while mentoring team members to reach their full potential. This position requires the ability to quickly learn complex domain concepts and good understanding of the DevOps best practices.

Additionally, this role requires to interface with product management and other engineering leaders to design robust, scalable cloud software that meets both the immediate and future needs of our constantly evolving business environment. Other: The Hearing Healthcare industry provides you the grounds for creativity to help our end-users with innovative solutions. You will be working in a dynamic team environment developing advanced concepts within desktop, web, mobile platforms, and proprietary applications. You will interface with end-users during the design process to directly influence User Center Designs. We are in the Chicago suburbs, so work flexibility is afforded to performance. The R&D Center in Glenview represents a global marketplace; hence, some travel is required and can include international travel.
