Global Product Marketing Manager

Overview

This Global Product Marketing Manager will spearhead new business growth through strategic front-end marketing initiatives and lead generation, focusing on launching new products and driving sales engagement across a large matrix organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling marketing campaigns, driving leads through the sales funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with market needs and sales objectives!

This role is open to applications at any Emerson location in Europe, close to a major international airport.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to launch new products and drive adoption across global markets;
  • Generate high-quality leads and champion them accordingly in collaboration with sales and business development teams; 
  • Build compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, product datasheets, and digital content to support lead generation efforts;
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and messaging;
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between product development, marketing strategies;
  • Conduct customer research and capture insights to refine product offerings and marketing approaches; 
  • Handle relationships with key collaborators across the organization, including sales, business development, and product teams; 
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales conversion.

You make new connections and establish relationships in other areas and teams.  Ability to prepare content for communication that is impactful. Understanding the importance and interdependence of both internal and external customer relationships, you will take time to ask questions and define the problem and make learning a priority and a goal.  Whilst balancing the plan with actions, your focus is on priorities and setting stretch goals!
 
 
For This Role, You Will Need:
  • 5+ years of proven experience, preferably in a global B2B environment;
  • Experience with new product introduction and product marketing is an advantage; 
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 20%);

  • Proven track record in successfully launching products and driving business growth; 
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and sales processes in  sophisticated, matrix organizations; 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence collaborators at all levels; 
  • Data-driven approach with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking; 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools; 
  • Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
