Are you the experienced Account Manager we are looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with existing customers. The last couple of years Agillic has put a lot of effort into - and succeeded in - nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Now we are seeing not only growth in customers but more ambitious customers joining Agillic. The market Agillic is in is forecast to double within the next few years. We need the best people to build on this momentum.

You and the team are responsible for customer success across the full range of customers. As our new Account Manager within Customer Success, you will have your own portfolio of existing customers and a very central role in ensuring these customers are realizing value from using Agillic. You´ll work both independently and alongside mainly our Customer Success Managers but also with our partners, typically consultancies and digital agencies. The Customer Success Mng. has deep product knowledge and together you form a team when you service customers and facilitate solutions.

You´ll be focused on successful onboarding of new customers, setting business targets and developing plans enabling our customer´s ”time to value” is as short as possible. You´ll be ensuring customers are following a success roadmap, which you´ll develop with the Customer Success Manager and ultimately own.

We´re looking for an experienced customer-facing colleague with a commercial mindset. You will preferably have experience within marketing consultancy of some form and experience with contract negotiations. You find it fun and natural to engage customers in dialogue around their business needs. Ideally, you have worked with marketing technology and are familiar with the customer life cycles of a SaaS business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure long term retention and growth in business on existing customers
  • Work with the Customer Success Manager and our Prof. Services team to create the most seamless onboarding of new customers and shorten their time to value
  • Develop and own account plans for your portfolio of customers
  • Handle contract renewals for your portfolio of existing customers
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with Marketing Technology and or SaaS in general
  • Strong analytical mind set and ability to bridge customer needs to Agillic offerings
  • Strong understanding of how a marketing or CRM department works
  • Good to Strong negotiation skills with a focus on the dialogue approach
  • Solid time-management skills and the ability to perform under deadlines

The compensation package is based on individual skill set and experience.
