We’re looking for a skilled and ambitious Product Specialist wanting to kick-start a career in digital marketing. Working in a dynamic industry, you will get valuable experience and insight into some of the best Marketing Automation and data-driven platforms in the market. Our product

We offer our customers a next-gen Marketing Automation SaaS, serving businesses across Europe. We handle vast amounts of data and execution of messages across channels, enabling marketers to communicate with customers, targeted, timed and personalized by the click of a button. We develop, innovate and maintain the platform, constantly exploring bleeding-edge technologies that will ensure that our product will stay on the frontline in future.

The job

Your job will be to support and assist our customers in the daily use of our software.

Customers have a range of different marketing programs running on Agillic and are constantly looking to add to these or build new ones. As a true omnichannel Marketing Automation platform, Agillic enables customer communications in many channels and in your work, you will gain great experience in how these work.

You´ll receive extensive training in the Agillic product with the aim of quickly becoming an expert.

It´s important to us that you have excellent communication skills both orally and written and get a kick out of being in a fast-paced environment where you have a direct effect on customer results.

Your Responsibilities
  • 1st Level Support as a Product Specialist you will be a virtual ninja in the Agillic UI supporting customers with a wide range of questions.
  • Working to keep our customers happy and efficient
  • Taking part in a continous process optimization with your colleagues

Technical Skillset

  • Fast learner in software UI
  • Some experience and interest in digital marketing a plus
  • Some basic knowledge of HTML or CSS / Javascript preferable
  • Natural flair for working with software as a user (non code)

Personal Profile

  • Naturally service-minded
  • Team player with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Fluent in Danish and comfortable in a business context with English and one other Nordic language
