Solutions Owner - CRM Delivery



Are you able to use your exhaustive experience in CRM tools and your business understanding to assist a global organisation in achieving great results? Would you thrive in a team of highly skilled colleagues who manage to maintain a close cooperation despite being located all over the world? Then you could be our new solutions owner for Salesforce in CRM Delivery in Danfoss Group IT. The job will be based in Nordborg in Denmark, and you will report directly to the CRM Delivery manager.

Implementation and development
As a solutions owner your overall mission will be to focus on the technical ownership of the systems for sales, service and marketing, like Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing and other implemented tools/interfaces supporting the area. You will work closely together with the E2E and solution architect when discussing projects and change requests.
You will partner with colleagues in the business to validate new requirements and features in a technical context.

You will work in close cooperation with the CRM team. You will analyse and prioritise the business requirements, business activities, reporting level, tools and templates. Some of your other responsibilities will be:

  • Managing external partners utilised for project delivery
  • Planning and executing feature releases
  • Supporting CRM implementation of growth initiatives
  • Following up on all incident and service requests concerning Salesforce
  • Coordinating the problem task force to solve issues occurring on Salesforce sales, service and marketing cloud
  • Participating in the CRM CAB, evaluating and approving change requests
  • Acting as an interface to relevant corporate functions
  • Keeping up-to-date with the coming Salesforce releases
  • Being proactive by following various Trailblazer communities to stay up-to-date with changes from Salesforce. What is coming, what will be changed?

Experienced CRM profile and Salesforce effectiveness
You have a relevant Bachelor’s degree combined with knowledge from CRM. You may know SAP and have solid business understanding and experience within sales. Experience with Salesforce will be considered an advantage. You hold expertise in other CRM tools, functionalities and capabilities, and you know how to transfer business needs into the CRM system. You are able to define and implement adaptations in the CRM system.

On a more personal note, you have strong communication skills also across cultural and organisational differences. You have the personal authority to influence people in a matrix organisation, and your engagement and dedication is an inspiration to others. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must for this position.
