Sales Associate

We are seeking a team of ambitious Sales Associate for the APAC region.

Main task will be assisting in the daily Milestone Care renewal quotes and follow-ups. This includes making calls and direct contact with partners to promote and educate on Milestone Care business.

This role will be based in Singapore

Your Responsibilities:

  • Promoting Milestone Care products via telemarketing activities
  • Milestone Care renewal reminders and follow-ups
  • Providing Sales quote to partners
  • Daily renewal reminders and follow-ups
  • Daily data entries in our CRM system, (Salesforce), i.e., record relevant company and contact information to keep records current and accurate.
  • Weekly activity reporting
  • Other various tasks

Professional qualifications:

  • Diploma preferable in Business or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
  • Prior experiences in Telemarketing
  • Flair for numerical analysis is necessary.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous approach to carry out tasks and possess a positive work attitude
  • fluency in more than one language is preferred.

  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent oral and writing communications skills.
  • Flexibility, open minded and positive.
  • Ability to organize, detail and process oriented.
  • Result oriented.
  • Able to multi task, as some days can be very hectic.
  • Good at working independently and in groups.
