Danfoss is looking for a Senior Project Manager for our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. As a Project Manager, you will have a central and vital role leading in a global environment to implement Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture across the Danfoss business. In this role you will drive the project execution to successfully implement PLM. This responsibility includes the creation of requirements specification, process & solution design, organization and planning, risk management and following-up on progress and budget. You will also be responsible for the hand-over to our support organization along with collecting lessons learned from stakeholders. You can use your project management skills to transform strategic decisions into aligned concepts. You will work in close collaboration with our stakeholders across several business processes and be a partner in identifying and delivering IT solutions that create value for Danfoss. We have an ambitious roadmap for our implementation of PLM.

Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or information technology (or equivalent) as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. The preferred candidate will have experience with IT projects, PLM solutions and hold a history of delivering results.

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
  • Project management experience
  • Experience running IT technology projects
  • Business education such as an MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
