Zalaris Consulting is growing rapidly, and we are looking for SuccessFactors Consultants who want to take full responsibility for our solutions in this area, also on a global level. Zalaris has large local and multi country clients, such as Nordea, Circle K, Elgiganten, Carlsberg, Codan, Telenor, Storebrand, DNB, Aker BP, Statkraft and more. We are searching for candidates with experience from the following areas:

  • Talent Management (Goals and Performance Management, Succession Management, Career Development)
  • Recruitment or Onboarding
  • SAP Analytics Cloud

Work tasks:

  • Responsible for specific SuccessFactors modules and solutions on Zalaris SAP platform
  • Design, implement and develop solutions within SuccessFactors
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
  • Business Advisory to new and existing customers
  • Participate in new implementation projects and 4th line support to existing customers.

General and personal qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or other relevant education is desirable, but long and relevant experience will be able to compensate for education
  • 2+ years’ experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience from SF implementations will be an advantage
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, must be a team player
  • Excellent in Business Process Design
  • Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
  • Knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows
  • Experience from full cycle projects from design to maintenance after Go-Live
  • Required to have good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Danish
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Ability to plan work and make priorities
  • Willingness to learn, share knowledge and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
  • Customer focused with ability to deliver high quality services
  • Business minded and alert to customer’s needs
  • Proactive in improving processes and procedures
  • Flexible in relation to tasks and work extent
