To accelerate the desired growth rate in our business, we are looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist who wishes to be a part of this exciting journey. You will report to the Head of Business Support and will join a team full of passion to make a difference by supporting the sales organization to achieve the aggressive growth agenda. You will play a key role providing support and coordination for a variety of HR processes and programs. In this role, this professional will be responsible for various HR systems, compiling and submitting BEE audits and driving process improvement and efficiencies. This position will work cross-functionally to support the overall operations and functions of the organization and will interpret policies and apply them without direct oversight.

Furthermore, you will:
Manage day to day operations of HR relating to recruitment, employee benefits, organization charts, contracts, exits.
Responsible for processing monthly payroll together with outsourced company
Managing and timely updating of the HR system with employee records to secure accurate data in Employee Central and local payroll software
Responsible for all reporting to the various labour sectors being Employment Equity, SDL, Works kills etc
Actively participating in the company’s BBBEE strategy, and responsible for the compilation and submission of the company’s annual BBBEE audit.
Responsible for employee contracts, personnel files and records
Assist in day to day admin related activities
Be the liaison between HR and Finance, as well as the Global HR team
Advocate for best practices for all HR related processes

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience is needed
Previous payroll processing and BBBEE knowledge is a MUST.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information with absolute discretion

Demonstrates drive and ambition to grow himself / herself as well as Coloplast with a positive and “can do” attitude.
