Job profile:
The position will responsibility for Commercial Excellence, Business Partnering, Performance Management and Tools & processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Excellence:
  • Serve as the main liaison to Group Sales Excellence
  • Project Management of global and local initiatives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, to allow sales reps to spend “four days on the street”
  • Ensure the execution of agreed actions and improvement areas for sales – including traction of Sales Excellence initiatives
  • Coordinates delivery of 5-step PSM training to the Region together with the Global Academy
  • Business Partnering:
  • Key partner to sales and customer service directors
  • Support and challenge the organization in key commercial decisions
  • Work with RMT on identifying commercial opportunities and low hanging fruits
  • Assist Sales Management in understanding process bottlenecks that reduce time-in-field
  • Performance Management:
  • Set sales force targets and KPIs in collaboration with RMT
  • Responsible for sales force performance, target setting and analytics
  • Ensure that the sales forces’ incentive plan works as a motivator for the sales reps to deliver at the highest level – adjust accordingly
  • Empowering and equipping colleagues with the tools to solve commercial challenges
  • Building commercial investment cases and following up on these
  • Tools & processes:
  • Drive and facilitate local strategic projects and ensure that they meet Group Minimum Standards and local requirements
  • Ambassador and owner of CRM

Qualifications and skills:

  • 5 years experience in sales management, business development, sales operations or commercial/sales excellence role in an international organization
  • Proactivity: suggest solutions and process improvements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using data to drive business results
  • Strong business understanding, strategic mindset and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate insight in a structured and user friendly form
  • Solid communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Good interpersonal skills to effectively drive change management and build relationships and interact with all levels across the organization
