Customer Order Specialist - Swedish Speaking

On behalf of our client, Signify, the new company name of Philips Lighting, we are hiring Customer Order Specialists for Copenhagen.

Their Nordic organization is in the process of strengthening their Customer Service activities based out of Copenhagen and is therefore looking for new team members to support their customers in Sweden.

Are you willing to play an important role in establishing the new teams and making their customers satisfied by contributing with your knowledge and experience in order management and customer service? Then this might be the right position for you.


  • Service customers directly, either by telephone, e-mail or electronically, by receiving and processing incoming orders
  • Follow up to make sure deliveries are made in a correct and timely manner in line with the service levels
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare and distribute activity reports to follow up on customer service and team performance
  • Provide feedback and help improve the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Communicate and coordinate with Customers, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal departments


  • 2-6 years’ experience in similar position
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate passion for operational excellence delivered with a forthcoming and friendly attitude
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • A strong understanding of customer order execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities
  • Strong interest in technical products and services
  • MS Office and Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Strong detail orientation, communication and listening skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in English and Swedish. Speaking more than one Nordic language fluently is an advantage
