We’re on the lookout for someone who wants to help us build up a new part of our business here at Pleo. We are ready to take our sales team to the next level, and so are building up an Inside Sales team to support them.

We work with marketing and qualify the leads that we get in (the people or companies who might want to use Pleo), and then our Inside Sales team reaches out to them, and gives them more information. We’re looking for more people to join in this role.

Starting a new role like this takes guts. We need you to have the confidence to pick up the phone and book meetings with people who have never heard of Pleo before. It takes efficiency as you'll look through all the people who are interested in Pleo, and qualify these leads from our website and book them for meetings with our sales team.

This position would give you a foundation of both marketing and sales knowledge. We will discuss career progression with you in this role, and see which avenue could be better suited to your skills and your ambitions.

You'll also learn how to run different email and web campaigns, all with the aim to try to match people who want to use Pleo with more information on how to do just that.

The must-have skills

    • Strong communication skills (verbal + written) in German
    • Strong communication skills in our company language, English
    • Ambition to progress through the company
    • Good at relationship building
    • Interest in solving problems for companies

You'll stand out if you

    • Have some sales experience
    • Are a toastmaster, or are able to get on the phone or the stage quite comfortably
    • Speak a couple of different languages fluently
