Do you want to connect, inform and plan our talent agenda, so we align great people with some of the world’s most impactful and meaningful work?

Location: London

Join us and become Head of Talent Insights & Planning , where you’ll work with colleagues in Global Talent and across our organisation to ensure we recruit and develop the people who deliver a world that runs entirely on renewable energy. Reporting to the recently-hired Global Head of Talent, this new role provides a great opportunity for someone to shape a ground-breaking, high impact Global Talent agenda.

Your key tasks will be to

  • Connect the dots as we bring our talent strategy to life, by planning and aligning work, people and resources across our Global Talent agenda: employer branding, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, talent management, performance and learning & development
  • Gather and analyse data that builds deep insight into the impact of our work; use this insight to identify and track impact metrics that inform our strategy going forward
  • Plan, track and otherwise manage the team capacity and team budget
  • Engage with colleagues in the team, HR, business leaders and others in the business; plan activities to engage the business, eg Talent Steer Co, leadership talent meetings, key events
  • Connect across our distributed Global Talent and P&D team, so we build planning, analytical and talent capability across the team, and find ways to align our work and maximise impact.

As this is a global role there will be some travel required, probably around 10-20% travel. We are very open to considering flexible working arrangements, as needed by you.

Your skills include:

  • Strong focus on customers and end-users; able to see the world from others’ perspectives
  • Adept at planning, prioritising, budget management and project / program management
  • Care about people, and the impact of individuals and teams on a global organisation
  • Adept at building relationships; strong at influencing and engaging others
  • Can analyse and track the impact of work, and know how to tell an impactful story with data
  • Global, virtual perspective: good at working across cultures, regions and time zones

In terms of your background and experiences, you may well have been a management consultant, and / or worked in strategy and business development. While an understand of talent and HR is helpful, it is not required.
