In the Customer Experience team, we are all committed to support various business units and putting our customers in the centre of all solutions and services. We consult and train our internal organisation in how to work with the customer experience in an agile way. Our team believes in the force of design thinking, change management and agile ways of working.

We are looking for a talented junior CX Consultant who can take part in identifying opportunities on how to improve our customers experience and support initiatives that aim to fulfil our customers’ requirements. Furthermore, you should feel comfortable engaging with both employees, costumers and management to consult and help them drive a customer centric and agile transformation.

The role:

  • Identifying and combining both the business' needs and customers’ needs with the mission to improve the customer experience & customer satisfaction
  • Take part in facilitating workshops, trainings and meetings
  • Developing and preparing material/ presentations for workshops, training and meetings

We expect you to:

  • Have a relevant Master’s degree, with 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Be fluent in English and know one Nordic language
  • Have an interest in and perhaps hands-on experience with service design
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Be a self-driven team player that delivers high-quality results and get things done
  • A 'go do' attitude and willingness to learn
  • Peform in a changing working environment and engage in various tasks on changing location in the Greater Copenhagen area
  • Have a positive, service minded and outgoing personality
