Nets Financial & Network Services (FNS) is the preferred processing partner for more than 240 banks and issuers of payment cards in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Being a central player within the exciting FinTech industry, we are now looking for a smart Sales Governance Manager with exceptional skills and experience in being in centre of a busy and demanding customer centric role ensuring our internal and external customers as well as Sales team are supported optimally.

This role is located at our office in Ballerup, Denmark.

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions. The Sales Governance Support will be responsible for maximizing the customer experience and value across our sales governance in any way internally and externally. You´ll be part of our Customer engagement team in FNS.

Your focus will me management of all team-wide tasks notably those with an external focus. The role as Sales Governance Manager will ensure the Customer Engagement team fully adhere to all actions placed upon it from both internal and external sources

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Ownership of Sales pipelines to ensure opportunities are tracked and progressed
  • Ensuring transparency in Nets obligations (i.e. contract monitoring, account- & sales plans etc)
  • Team interface to Nets Compliance department including ensuring full adherence.
  • Managing customer meetings as appropriate
  • Responsible in writing all team required inputs to Business Reviews, Transformation Reviews, Executive Committee etc.
  • Ownership of team use of SAP CRM system ensuring accuracy and frequency of updates
  • Management of a team calendar – highlighting all customer meetings and other obligations, to ensure the team operates at highest performance.
  • Management of team meetings and monitoring of team required internal activities
  • Furthermore you´ll act as SPOC for Customer Engagement team internally in Nets.

We expect that you have a relevant educational background or similar experience. You must have a strong personality, who is uncompromising seeking the right solution for meeting customer needs.
Furthermore, we expect you to bring relevant experience from similar sales governance- or marketing role in an international environment – experience from financial / payment industry is desirable.

Your professional qualifications include:

  • Strong business understanding including a solid overall understanding of the value chain in a commercial organisation.
  • That you are outgoing, proactive and capable of handling many tasks, and at the same time meet your deadlines
  • You think and can work independently, as well as taking initiative and action comes naturally for you
  • Know what it takes to continuously push for action, while finding it easy to maintain and establish relations internal as external
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with good understanding of IT tools – especially Excel, CRM systems and PowerPoint
  • Experience in establishing a strong setup and cooperation between internal business functions and bridging this into solutions for our customers
