About the role In the position as Offshore Sales Director at Siemens Gamesa you will be part of a growing business where we build leading sustainable energy solutions for our future generations. For one of our selected and key customers, you will build up, further develop and maintain a close collaboration.

It is a business-critical role where you develop and maintain business relationships to key influencers in the organisation of the customer as well as Siemens Gamesa. You own the customer and are overall accountable for all sales activities. Furthermore, you ensure that customer requirements are well transformed and handled by the Sales Organization in Siemens Gamesa.

The Offshore Sales Director will report to VP Offshore Sales located in Vejle, Denmark.

The position requires a sound balance between market strategy, systematic thinking, ability to quickly recognise technical material involved, excellent sales management capabilities and the drive to implement action.

About you You have an excellent level of sales knowledge which you have demonstrated by several years of sales and / or key account management experience, a proven sales history and a university degree.
As a person you are authoritative, diplomatic and operate confidently and effectively within an international environment.

You have an open-minded, proactive and strategically focused sales personality, exhibiting both a systematic and hands-on can-do mindset. You are highly results-oriented and capable of inspiring customers, superiors and colleagues in the company to implement ideas and strategies, always based on sound argument.

We expect a person of integrity with pronounced networking skills, strong personality and with proven teamwork strengths.
You should be able to operate confidently and effectively in complex, international matrix structures.

The position requires work-related travel (approx. 40%) and dealing with staff and partners from other cultures. Therefore, working in and with international teams is something you enjoy.
