We are looking for an experienced & talented strategic HR BusinessPartner to join our highly skilled HR team. In this role, you will support some of our EMEA Customer Servicesleaders through global transformations, and also working closely with theGlobal HRBPs based in the US. You will be the trusted advisor & an integral part of thebusiness leadership team. However, you won’t be doing this alone! By joining us, you will be part of a team ofEMEA HR Business Partners who supporting the Global Lines of Business (Finance,Support and Development).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Trusted Advisor:

  • Providing sound strategic advice to Vice Presidents & Snr leaders across EMEA, acting as their Trusted Advisor
  • Build effective relationships & contribute to the transformation of the organisation
  • Work closely with the leadership team, keeping close to their decision making process to influence implementation strategies, anticipating people implications
  • Core member of the Leadership Team within the Business you support
  • Key member of the Global HRBP team
  • Collaborate with Local Country HR, Global HR, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Global Mobility, EMEA Employee Relations, Business Finance and Business Operations teams

Strategic Thinker:

  • Develop HR plans to support strategic fiscal year business plans, and drive implementation activities e.g.
    • Manage organisational restructure & change programmes as appropriate
    • Integration of acquired companies/employees
    • Retention & Development activities of key employees
    • Drive compensation planning activities
    • Leverage HR data and provide analytics to business leaders to support business objectives
    • EMEA-wide projects related to the overall business strategy
    • Reduction in Force management across multiple countries/legal jurisdictions in partnership with country HR teams

Change Agent:

  • Support compensation processes (stock, bonus, salary budgets) in conjunction with Management, Leadership and compensation & benefits.
  • Drive Talent Management activity across EMEA working with Senior Leaders. Facilitate Talent Review Boards, Succession Planning, and identification of Leadership talent
  • Co-ordinate & manage senior level promotions
  • Educate Management on available HR tools, programs, resources that support their employees retention & development
  • Provide advice & opinion on Organisational Design

Problem Solver:

  • Senior Stakeholder and local HR to resolve complex issues effectively i.e.
    • Retention of key employees
    • Exit Strategies
    • Executive Recruitment
    • Structural changes impacting multiple countries
    • Snr Employee Relation issues

Key Attributes/Skills:

  • Significant generalist HR experience (8+ years as a guide) working across multiple countries, preferably with experience in the IT sector & growth strategies in a dynamic talent marketplace
  • High energy, sense of optimism, urgency and responsiveness is a must
  • Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to develop/maintain successful ‘account management’ type relationships
  • Commercially driven with the ability to quickly gain credibility with Snr. executives by understanding the commercials of their sales business
  • Ability to review and solve complex HR problems in multiple countries
  • Ability to create executive summaries, reports, process guidelines, documents/proposals etc
  • Flexible to travel (in EMEA)
  • Good Presentation skills (Fluent English essential)
  • Ability to lead and drive activities and projects across EMEA to successful, time bound outcomes.
  • Team player – able to contribute through collaboration and create most effective solutions for business needs
  • Experience operating in an international environment
  • Results driven with a strong ‘can do’ attitude.

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
