As our new Recruiter you possess both the personality traits and skills to excel in digging out potential candidates that match our eloomi values, culture and required professional skills and effectively support the hiring team in candidate assessment.

You manage the entire recruitment process from planning campaigns to supporting the hiring steps. The Recruiter understands the heart & mind of eloomi and generates candidates by proposing individual job opportunities as well as conveying our culture and benefits to potential candidates. This role is a medium to high experienced recruiter mastering effective and up-to-date methods and tools and has a documented successful track record of recruiting profiles in sales, marketing, software development and tech implementation for organisations in a fast-paced environment.

It can be an advantage for you to own or have ambitions to lead our recruitment department. We have a very ambitious growth strategy and expect to employ 150 new colleagues in the coming period.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning of all recruitment activities to fulfil the talent requirements of the business
  • Co-create campaigns with hiring managers and Marketing including social media activity
  • Create and manage job ads
  • Search and proactively reach out to potential candidates using phone, LinkedIn, candidate platforms and professional networks
  • Manage job applications, screen candidates and drive qualified candidates to interviewing phase
  • Be a part of our internal HR team and report to Head of People & Culture / VP, Operations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Documented successful track record of recruiting profiles in either one or more of sales, marketing, software development and tech implementation
  • Good planning and strong execution skills
  • Excellent inter-personal and relation building skills
  • Self-driven extrovert with a very proactive approach, high activity level, discipline and capability to manage deadlines and stakeholder requirements
  • Inspiring communicator possessing the talent of “selling” the job and the vision of working in eloomi, whilst being responsible and caring for a sustainable business
  • Curiosity to understand the business and the hiring team’s talent requirements
  • Effective casual professional communication, verbally and written
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and up-to-date online tools in general

  • Plan and execute successful recruitment projects and campaigns
  • Attract and convert relevant and qualified candidates to hiring stage
  • Attain sustainable successful hiring
