Full-time is looking for a Director of Commercial Enablement to partner with and support our Commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience & Support) to establish and run Commercial Enablement programs. This is a brand new function for our business, as such you will be the driving force of establishing the Commercial Enablement strategy and approach, while also actively working with various Commercial leaders to identify, develop and deliver training programs to drive excellence through the business.’s Commercial team is a high energy, cross discipline team which is located in our Copenhagen, New York, Berlin and Melbourne offices. We are passionate about our product and our customers; and in delivering world-class customer experience, customer support and sales approach to our global customer base. You will be joining forces with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Commercial Operations management teams in driving excellence throughout the organization to achieve our strategic goals.

What you'll do

    • Take ownership and run the Commercial onboarding process, with a priority focus on our Sales teams
    • Establish the approach and strategy for Commercial enablement at
    • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate a continuous learning curriculum that supports the overall Commercial strategy and core commercial skill sets across Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Support and Marketing
    • Partner with and assist Commercial managers in identifying and prioritizing employee training needs
    • Work with Commercial SMEs to develop course curriculums that meet the training needs of the different teams and roles
    • Develop and run a Commercial onboarding program, ensuring that the needs of all new starters in Commercial are catered for, while also ensuring that role specific onboarding training is included
    • Partner with our Commercial management team to ensure ongoing coaching efforts within the teams supports and builds upon the learning curriculum; this could include individual manager training & coaching
    • Create a training & enablement content library; working with People & Culture to determine the best tool set for enablement content
    • Design and implement metrics to measure the impact of the enablement function
    • Work across our Commercial offices (Copenhagen, Berlin, New York and Melbourne) to deliver in person and virtual training – the role is Copenhagen based and will require a small percentage of travel each year
    • Partner with our People & Culture team to champion a culture of learning at

What you have

    • 5+ years of Commercial enablement and training experience, ideally within one or more of a Sales, Customer Experience/Support or Marketing function
    • Ability to create strong partnerships at the senior levels of the organization while also being hands-on: creating and delivering training curriculums
    • A love of training, coaching and enablement of people to succeed in their roles
    • Strong commercial acumen and professionalism
    • Practical experience designing, developing and implementing Commercial training programs, including formal/informal and development at the individual, team and organizational level
    • Practical experience in developing and delivering both face-to-face and virtual training
    • The ability to motivate and inspire a diverse population through training and enablement programs
    • A love of a fast paced environment, with high growth and therefore a high degree of change and the desire to help lead changes throughout the organisation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is essential, other languages such as German would be helpful in the role but not essential
    • Experience in SaaS is a plus
