The sales and service team consist of 8 highly skilled colleagues, ensuring high quality service experience to the customer. Based within the Merchant Services (MS), The Baltic Team handles merchants from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The team collaborates tightly with other departments as sales, onboarding, business, finance and legal as well as other internal stakeholders in Nets. We are dedicated in creating a great customer experience and every day, we strive to handle the incoming requests in the best possible way for our customers.

As end-to-end owners we ensure areas as credit-card and debit-card acquiring business, process optimization, implementation of new services and projects. Our team handle the most complex issues for our customers and requires therefore analytical and technical skills.

The position is based in Ballerup, Denmark.

You’re expected to develop your talent and aim higher as you work to change payments. You’ll build on our proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and reliable solutions and our strengths as a Nordic leader with 50 years of experience within payment solutions.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Provide unique and excellent customer service on the phone and in writing
  • Help existing B2B customers update their registered data and change their set-up in our IT systems
  • Support customers who experience issues with their credit-card payments
  • Problem solving and fixing issues in IT systems that govern credit-card payments
  • Provide support for internal stakeholders
  • Participate in project-oriented tasks and improvements of internal processes
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders from other teams where you will bring forward our team’s input
  • Document work instructions

We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, for instance candidates from the payment industry, financial services, customer service and support functions, and candidates with technical or academic backgrounds (e.g. bachelor’s degree).

Your professional qualifications include:

  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English at a business level (both written and spoken), Russian is considered a plus
  • Customer-oriented approach and end-to-end focus
  • High communication skills and a professional attitude towards customer, colleagues and internal stakeholders
  • Analytic and problem-solving skills. A structured and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to understand complex systems and processes. Knowledge of SAP CRM is an advantage
