We are looking for a student to join our Danish Digital Services team to support our Program Director and Program Management Team at a major customer transformation program. SAP offers an extraordinary opportunity to learn and work with the transformation management discipline in a very strong and experienced program management team in a truly international environment.
•Have a PMO assistant role
•Be the right hand of the Program Director and support with program-related administrative task and coordination activities towards both the customer and internally at SAP´s ecosystem
•Support the Program Director in having the complete overview of the program, program level activities and actions

As Assistant in the PMO team you will support the Program Director and Program Management Team with project administrative activities, by

•Break down complex, large-scale projects into actionable milestones and help follow through with these
•Helping the Program Director with preparing presentations for Steering Committee and other meetings
•Preparing meeting agendas and writing minutes
•Providing timely and accurate information to key stakeholders
•Updating action lists and chasing action holders
•Engage and collaborate with internal teams across various board areas and with partners to support driving various projects
•Support a highly motivated and agile team in their day-to-day business and become accountable for your own deliverables early on

We are looking for a passionate and energetic professional; someone who is highly collaborative, detail oriented and knows how to get work done as an individual contributor and in a team. Ideal candidates will possess a strong business acumen within the software industry and understand how crucial the ecosystem is for a technology player.

You are currently studying a Master´s degree major in computer science, related technical field, business administration, or equivalent practical experience and possess

•Strong project management and problem-solving skills
•Understanding of business priorities, with a proven ability to learn on the job and work independently
•Interest in combination of technology, human factors, and business
•Strong desire to learn and work as part of a team

•Ability to understand technology partner landscape and to translate complex technical ideas into user-friendly communications and instructions
•Diplomacy and communication, especially listening, are critical success factors
•Ability to influence and drive consensus and collaboration
•Comfort with navigating and working within a complex and geographically dispersed matrix organization.
•Business acumen with a customer service focus.
•Preferred candidate will also have international experience and/or a practical understanding of cultural issues

•Working hours is 15-20 hours per week
•Working Location is the SAP office and customer location in Copenhagen Ø
•The student will be paid by the hour
