HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits

Are you an all-round HR enthusiast passionate about compensation and benefits, and will you thrive in a growing and dynamic company culture, then look no further: GANNI is hiring an HR Specialist with specific experience with compensation and benefits. As our new colleague you will join our global HR team in the center of Copenhagen and become part of a vibrant and creative company.

As our point person for compensation and benefits you will be responsible for managing and administering our employees' contracts, rewards, perks and benefits including, pension plans, healthcare insurance and bonus agreements. We are expanding fast and the role will be extremely important as you will be developing programs to improve performance, engagement, satisfaction and not least retention of our employees globally.

You will be part of an all-round HR department where we work with everything from employee satisfaction to leadership development, from organizational changes to recruitment and labor legislation. We strive to be of service to the whole organization on a daily basis, while working with longer-term projects and focusing on the GANNI culture as our business expands across borders.

The role as HR Specialist with a focus on compensation and benefits will be responsible for:

  • Creating a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture

We also appreciate an open-minded pragmatic approach to everyday challenges of HR challenges and tasks. You must be able to work in English and enjoy organizing priorities and contributing to the HR team.

• Educational background in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research

• Hands on experience with HR metrics

• Familiarity with current employment law and regulations

• Prior experience in HR operations

• Previous working experience with compensation and benefits

The ideal candidate spreads good energy and has:

• Designing a compensation package based on business goals and strategy

• Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations

• Keeping abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed

• Conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks

• Creating and analyzing job descriptions evaluations and classifications
