Are you motivated by providing professional support and solving a wide variety of administrative tasks in a fast-moving environment?

Join us and become Personal Assistant to our CFO in Offshore where you’ll be responsible for the administration of various day-to-day tasks as well as for the long-term planning of events and activities during the yearly cycle. You’ll be an integral part of a high-energy, high-pace finance team in a green energy growth business where you’ll be the initial point of contact for the Finance department.

Your key tasks will be to

  • provide administrative assistance, including travel planning, calendar planning, drafting correspondence, expense management, handling time registrations and invoicing as well as the preparation of professional presentations
  • be responsible for all practicalities related to meetings, conferences and social events
  • ensure proper long-term planning, prepare and follow up on meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions
  • be responsible for administrative tasks within the organisation, including full overview of the organisational chart, monthly reporting, budget planning/follow-up etc.
  • support various department-related HR activities.You’ll also manage ad hoc tasks as required.

Your competences include that you

  • have some experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant with close reference to senior or executive management
  • have experience with SAP and the Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • are able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, while being able to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a busy environment
  • have general business insights and understand the importance of handling confidential information appropriately.

As a person, you take responsibility and have excellent collaboration skills. You communicate well with all levels of the organisation. You have a positive attitude, an open mind and like to create a good and informal working environment. In addition, you have a structured approach to your work, are flexible and have good problem-solving skills.
