Reporting to our Head of Sales Support & Claims, we are now looking for a customer and service-oriented claims & quality coordinator. Key responsibilities: You are a multitasker who has an operational and energetic approach to your, tasks and challenges, and you handle a hectic work environment excellently and you always take ownership. As our new Claims & Quality Coordinator, you will be a part of our international sales support team. Your main responsibility will be handling the incoming claims with the customers best interest at heart. You will be coordinating the claims from an end to end perspective, liaising between our customers, Gubi and the suppliers, by turning a negative situation in to a positive outcome. Languages: Strong communication skills English both oral and in writing and you can collaborate, communicate and build trust across different cultures, departments and stakeholders. You are the primary point of contact forour customers and sales representatives in regards to han-dling claims in an excellent and efficient way. Your profile: You are an open minded and dynamic person who knows the importance of cooperation and team-work. You are a thorough and detail oriented, ambitious, hard-working and trustworthy person with good interpersonal skills and a strong drive. It is your responsibility to proactively coordinate and follow up with all stakeholders internally and externally. You are the problem owner and the problem solver. You take ownership of KPI’s, reducing the claims percentage within your product portfolio and the resolution time towards our customers. The social environment is of great importance to you, and you contribute daily to a good and positive interaction and constructive dialogue, as the social environment provides an opportunity for you to do your very best. You are presentable towards customers in appearance as an ambassador for GUBI. Specifically, you will: · Handle internal and external communication on claim related inquires either on phone or email. · · Register and process claims, handle logistics and invoicing. Participate in technical core meetings with the purpose of eliminating claims and follow up on quality standards. Coordinate special requirements with our Supply Chain, Product Development and production facilities. Follow up on service level agreements and response times. Follow up on claims rates within your own product portfolio and the accepted claims rates by the suppliers.
