Our knowledge base product, Guide, was launched in April 2017 and now has more than 40,000 paying customers including OpenTable, Lonely Planet, Groupon and Rackspace. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Guide team based in Copenhagen, and to help us reinvent how companies engage with their customers!

What you'll do

You will serve as a leader to define, prioritize and lead a product roadmap, working with design and engineering teams, building knowledge base and customer engagement features. Your work will impact how companies scale, by providing quick answers through our help center and self-service community. You will be joining a small, nimble and motivated team, passionate about outstanding customer experiences.

Things you will work on

  • Be a key part of Zendesk\u2019s multi-product mission and take accountability for developing and delivering on a roadmap that supports Zendesk Guide\u2019s business goals.
  • Get into the details with a highly talented and motivated team of engineers and product designers to design and build a knowledge base product that is both powerful and easy-to-use.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of a customer\u2019s experience with Zendesk community including onboarding, feature delivery, and retention.
  • Be the expert on what drives customer behavior through customer interviews and analyzing customer interactions with Zendesk.
  • Lead the analysis of customer and product metrics to assist other product managers in determining the right feature packaging to drive upsell and usage on Zendesk.
  • Work closely with Marketing to drive customer value through continuous product and process improvements.
  • Be the voice of the customer/prospect while working closely with engineering and design to innovate and build products that customers love.

What you bring to the role

  • 3+ years of experience in product management within high pace, agile software-as-a-service environments.
  • Experience with gathering, analyzing, and translating market and customer behavior into real product requirements.
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred.\u00A0
  • You should be comfortable articulating designs to a group and enjoy taking a position in a discussion and sparring with your colleagues to reach a consensus.
  • It would be a big plus if you have knowledge of content management or knowledge base products.
