In Region International Commercial Excellence, we are looking for a Regional Multichannel Liaison to help us to regionalize the global digital roadmap, localizing the roll-out and follow up on its execution. You will join a team of four competent and enthusiastic commercial colleagues with diverse backgrounds. We are responsible for closing the gap between strategy and execution, providing business impactful insights, tools and support to local markets, ensuring a strong link back to RI Headquarters. We are based at the LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen

The job
You will become part of Region International, one of three business critical regions in LEO Pharma. The region is fast-growing and diverse, covering our affiliates in Asia, South & Latin America, Middle East, North Africa and Russia. You will become the fourth member of the Region International Commercial Excellence team, and you will drive our PromoMats and MultiChannel platform activities in close collaboration with the global and regional Veeva, Patient Solutions and IT teams. Over the past year, we have successfully helped our operational teams in our region create significant results. Now, it is time to integrate a multichannel mindset and way of working – and that is where you come into the picture.

You will drive and support the PromoMats and Multichannel activities in Region International in collaboration with the RI CRM Manager, Head of Commercial Excellence and our Global counterparts. You will be the one to connect Global strategies to local markets and facilitate operationalizing our multichannel strategy. Our focus is to create tangible and customized improvements by working closely with the local Commercial Excellence teams as well as across multiple functions. You will be responsible for the project management phases, from initiation over deliverables to continuous follow-up, thus you will have a field of opportunity to see your ideas come to life.

Your main tasks

  • Translate global PromoMats & Multichannel requirements into regional and local deliverables
  • Plan and execute training session in PromoMats, CLM, Approved Email, Content Authoring Tool, Marketing Automation, SiteCore and other platforms linked to the role
  • Improve performance by supporting local teams in achieving full utilization of the platforms
  • Form technical basis of our multi-channel platforms as well as new add-on tools in close collaboration with global, local marketing and digital teams
  • Over time provide insights and guidance on how to achieve high-value customer interactions

You will be based at our office in Ballerup. You can look forward to travel up to 70 days per year.

Your qualifications

  • University degree within E-Business, Communication, Commercial or similar
  • Experience with content management systems such as PromoMats and SiteCore
  • Preferably good understanding of sales and marketing processes, workshop facilitation and training
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English

To succeed, it is vital that you take on responsibility and follow through on your projects with passion and ambition. As your stakeholders are all working in different time zones, you understand that the best time to meet is not always 9-5, and you are ready for seasonal travel activity.
