The CHALLENGE
We are looking for a new team member to join our Sales team for Nordics in the Meat, Fresh & Dairy Business Unit in Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa as a Sales Executive Nordics. This role is a great chance for junior candidates or professionals, who would like to begin their career in sales and gradually gain more responsibility and widen the client portfolio.

In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager Nordics & Benelux and will work on the dedicated existing and new customer portfolio of 5M€. The geographical area you will be responsible for is Sweden. The location of our position is based in South-West Sweden, with preference for Malmo, Gothenburg area or Copenhagen.

Your main objective will be to build strong relationship with the clients, ensure smooth running of sales and achieving sales, sales growth and profitability targets in the territory. You will be responsible for managing accounts in the territory and supporting global and region accounts. The role maintains frequent face-to-face communication and establishes win-win relationships with new and existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing account strategies for new and existing accounts, with particular focus on one client and slowly identifying new business possibilities
  • Establishing & maintaining strong relationships and face-to-face communication with accounts.
  • Prospecting & Developing New Accounts
  • Being the expert in the territory and of the customers
  • Developing and executing negotiations and contracts
  • Completing the administrative tasks such us forecasting, budgeting and reporting

WHAT YOU BRING

  • University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or relevant working experience
  • First experience in the field of sales, sales support or customer management
  • Experience working within an international, matrix organization
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, powerpoint)
  • Fluent Swedish & English, other Nordic languages will be an asset
  • Passion for sales, customer and result orientation
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work in technical sales
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good negotiation skills with ability to close
  • Resilience

We would treat as asset:

  • Knowledge of the packaging business
  • Knowledge of CRM Systems, particularly salesforce.com
