We are looking for a Compensation & Reward Partner, who will thrive by being in a close collaboration with the business.

People & Culture NCE is accountable for all people aspects within our region and we are looking for a regional Compensation & Reward Partner to be responsible of delivering on compensation and rewards.

We work in a matrix structure with a foundation in a global and strategic context that needs to enable Vestas regionally to attract and retain employees and to be a competitive and responsible employer.

Your main responsibilities will be to own the regional Compensation & Reward strategy within the processes of incentives and annual cycles of compensation in close collaboration with the global team of compensation. In this position, you will be able to influence the development of the role and boosting your own personal development at the same time.

More specifically, your responsibilities will cover:

  • Providing relevant compensation, benefit insights and benchmarks for the region
  • Providing advice and facilitation of the Compensation & Reward agenda and processes in cooperation and dialogue with colleagues from other regions and the global function
  • Regional governance of Vestas global bonus program, including bonus validation & payout, preparing communication and explanation of performance KPIs
  • Actively perform analytics of compensation data internally and compare to external benchmarks
  • Present analytical insights to P&C colleagues and business stakeholders
  • Provide Compensation & Reward input for market entry, setting benefits and aligning benchmarks
  • Own and drive correct benchmark analysis when transferring employees across borders, retaining talent, building new organisations and doing M&A

To succeed in this position, you need to be an expert in analysis and have a profound financial understanding. Collaborating with the rest of the business motives you. We expect you the have the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, HR or similar
  • Experience with compensation analysis
  • Professional user of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with benchmarking (preferred Mercer)
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Fluent in English written and verbal

Primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark.
This position requires approximately 20 days of travel per year.
