Since then, a lot of work has gone into driving this agenda forward, and to further strengthen our efforts, we are now looking to fill 10 new positions both within our commercial functions and our IT organisation.

Join Digital Health, Commerce & Platforms
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be part of Commercial and Digital Development. Here, you will work alongside a group of digital heroes who are dedicated to our customer-facing digital platforms. Together, you will develop digital solutions that make it easy for the users to get access to their products.

Improve customer engagement through digital presence
Working with our e-commerce and marketing automation solutions, you will be responsible for our Digital commerce agenda. You will drive the overall development, collect data and input from customers – as well as our 17 local online managers – and lead development in cooperation with our external partners.

You will head the digital commerce area, directly manage a team of 4 in Denmark and work closely with a team of 10+ in Poland. Also, you will be in charge of:

  • Building a strong e-commerce platform – globally and in local markets
  • Driving the transition from ordering products offline to online, thereby increasing revenue and efficiency gains
  • Maintaining and developing our 25+ e-commerce product and sampling solutions continuously
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, such as IT and Marketing, to develop and refine user stories
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Accelerating our e-commerce strategy and offerings within our 6 different e-commerce platforms
  • Cooperating with our external e-commerce and marketing automation vendor

Experience with Ecommerce
You have a strong commercial understanding and thrive in an environment rooted in digital entrepreneurship. Also, you have great stakeholder management skills and the ability to make things happen. Furthermore, a structured, data-driven and analytical approach will help you interpret data and transform it into concrete digital products.

Moreover, you:

  • Have experience developing web shop/e-commerce/automation solutions with commercial impact
  • Have experience rolling out e-commerce solution globally, balancing global versus local requirements
  • Have people management experience and enjoy change management
  • Have 5+ years of experience with tools such as Episerver, Eloqua and Salesforce.com
  • Are technically competent, and it is an advantage if you have knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL
  • Are fluent in English in both speech and writing – Danish is not a prerequisite
