Digital Platform Test Manager
Do you have a passion for test automation, test coordination, continuous delivery and DevOps? And would you like to work with highly experienced specialists on applications in the Azure cloud?

We are moving closer to our consumers
At Coloplast, we wish to empower our users to take control, giving them easy access to our products and to offer predictable and cost-effective care. For many years, we have therefore pursued a consumer channel strategy, and a few years ago, we took this to the next level deciding to focus on and invest in Direct businesses.

Since then, a lot of work has gone into driving this agenda forward, and to further strengthen our efforts, we are now looking to fill 10 new positions both within our commercial functions and our IT organisation.

So, grab this opportunity to make a real difference for people with intimate health care needs and join us in taking the next steps in our exciting journey.

Work with an international team of brilliant minds
In Humlebæk, you will join Global IT as part of our Project & Portfolio Project team which consists of highly skilled project and test managers. Here, you will work on state-of-the-art software, such as Azure cloud technologies with .NET, mobile app solutions, personalised web solutions and data management tools. Doing so, you partake in setting a new direction for how we test our systems in the future.

“We are on the move, and that means change. So, this an opportunity for you to bring your skills and ideas to the table and help define your own place and role in Coloplast.” – Senior IT Test Manager Christian Bloch Hansen

Manage, design and carry out tests
As a digital platform test manager, you will divide your time between designing and carrying out tests and handling coordination tasks, i.e. scoping, planning and implementing tests. Doing so, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders as you:

  • Develop, design and implement a test automation framework covering end-to-end processes
  • Develop new test scripts for mobile front-end (IOS, Android), web front-end (EPI server), back-end APIs and DevOps services
  • Work with the product subject matter experts(SME) and other development teams to understand how new features should be tested
  • Work with our vendor to define and implement mechanisms to employ testing earlier in the software development process
  • Configure automated tests to execute reliably and efficiently
  • Track and communicate test results in a timely, effective and automated manner

Testing experience and an eagerness to learn
To succeed in this role, you will need curiosity and a passion for new technologies and testing. Also, you can voice your ideas and navigate in an environment where years of habits and set processes are being replaced by new, agile development initiatives. Likewise, as you will be working with stakeholders at all levels, you need to know how to communicate in a straightforward manner, always making sure that everyone has understood the message.

Moreover, you:

  • Have a BSc or MSc in IT, e.g. from ITU or DTU, and software development experience with C#, .NET, Java, Xcode
  • Have solid experience developing test automation frameworks and scripting as well as with test automation tools
  • Have experience with Azure cloud (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS), Git Lab and DevOps (e.g. Jenkins, Travis)
  • Are a certified tester, and it is a plus if you understand test management tools
  • Know how to test, build and implement test processes – experience with testing in agile set-ups within the medical device industry is a great advantage
  • Speak and write English fluently

At Coloplast, we make sure that you can be you. That is why we encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion, belief or marital status.

If you would like to know more about the position, please call Kristina Søndberg, Director of Project & Portfolio Management, at +45 4911 4936.

We will take candidates into the recruitment process continuously, so do not hesitate to apply. This position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.

Pursuing an ambitious growth agenda, Coloplast develops and markets products and services that make life easier for people with very private and personal medical conditions. Employing more than 10,000 people and with products available in more than 130 countries, we are one of the world´s leading medical device companies. We are constantly growing our business and always looking for new ways to move forward – we explore, learn and look for new ways of doing things. Curiosity works here.
