Are you structured and organized? Would you like to be part of a team that supports employees in how to handle information in Novo Nordisk? Records Management in Bagsværd is looking for a new colleague to take up the position as student assistant for the next 6 months for 15 hours per week, preferably starting as soon as possible.
About the Department
Records Management (RM), comprising 16 employees, is responsible for the standardised approach to life cycle management of business-critical records and archiving at Novo Nordisk. We carry out strategic projects to improve how the company operates within records management and ensure full regulatory compliance.
We are responsible for the IT systems that support the RM process, management of the Central Archives at Novo Nordisk and training of employees. Furthermore, the RM support team offers help and guidance to employees globally.
The Position
You will be part of the support team, who manages the central archives in Novo Nordisk and offers help and guidance to employees globally regarding Records Management.
Your tasks could include
- Reception of incoming records to the archive
- Repacking archive material
- Locate and retrieve documentation upon request i.e. during inspections.
- Scan physical documents upon request
- Support users
The primary workplace is in Bagsværd, but some workdays will take place at our facilities in Måløv.
Qualifications
As our new Student Assistant, you are positive and service-minded. You like working independently and structured and is capable of handling various tasks simultaneously. You are mature and responsible and enjoy being part of a quality-minded team. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic environment where tasks and priorities often change. You are fluent in both Danish and English.
