About the European Finance graduate programme
When you join the European Finance team at Novo Nordisk, you’ll work as a fully-fledged team member from day one, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the Novo Nordisk finance operation in Europe and a solid understanding of the underlying business.

Throughout the programme you will gain hands-on experience with transforming numbers into more than reporting, controlling and accounting by creating a solid platform for value adding finance business partnering. You will work with senior managers and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key finance people at Novo Nordisk.

The position
During the 2-year programme, you will undertake four challenging and exciting international rotations of 6-months duration.

During the first year, you will rotate through a Finance Analyst and Market Analyst position in Region Europe headquarters in Copenhagen. Both roles entail management reporting as well as several ad-hoc projects and tasks in order to gain an in depth understanding of the European region. During your third rotation, you will get the opportunity to drive local projects or become a member of a finance/commercial team based in one of our European offices. On your final rotation, you will have the chance to take up a position within one of the global headquarter finance functions.

  • A relevant master’s degree from 2019 or 2020, and above average academic achievements
  • International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
  • Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
  • International outlook and ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Team-player, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
  • Professional fluency in English and globally mobile
