Joining us, you will handle everything from the daily operational tasks to the strategy of our compensation and benefits programme and have a say in how it should look in the future.

Your mission
Joining our HR organisation, you will be the one to spearhead our compensation and benefits programme with the mission to create the optimal incentive structure that can boost and help drive performance in the future.

More specifically, you will:

  • Continuously develop our compensation strategy and policies together with management
  • Drive and execute key processes within the annual HR wheel, including merit increase, bonus, promotion and long-term incentive programmes, KPI setting processes, IPE-reviews, etc.
  • Ensure that day-to-day processes related to compensation and benefits are executed in line with our strategy and policies
  • Develop a strong mobility framework that can support our ambition of creating a more global workforce

Your network
Although you will be the only person dedicated solely to compensation and benefits, you will report directly to the senior manager of HR Operations and have a wide network of supportive colleagues. This includes the payroll team who are always ready to lend you a hand and our HR partners who will support the execution of the annual compensation and benefits processes. You will likewise interact with the senior vice president of HR & Group Functions on strategy discussions and provide support for our Remuneration Committee.

Your location
Depending on where you live, you will be offered a desk in either Lyngby or Struer. Should you work in Lyngby, you will spend approximately 2 days every other week in Struer to work closely with HR colleagues and management.

What you bring
To succeed in this position, it is important that you have about 5 years’ experience with HR and have spent at least 3 years managing compensation and benefits in a larger company.

Moreover, you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably within HR
  • Speak fluent English
  • Are capable of working strategically without losing focus on execution on an operational level
  • Are able to collaborate efficiently and effortlessly with both management and other colleagues
