The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.
In your rotations, you’ll work on regulatory projects and innovation initiatives, including advising on concrete business decisions. You’ll have a Ørsted-wide strategic focus while supporting company-wide initiatives in a dynamic international environment.
You’ll play an important role in
- supporting commercial decisions with regulatory and innovative analyses, and you’ll share the results in a clear and understandable way
- gathering and analysing data, participating in problem solving and performing business analyses
- following and analysing the development of the European energy policies and the energy policy in countries relevant for the business units
- supporting identification and scoping of early-stage innovation and business transformation projects
- assisting colleagues with other ad hoc tasks.
To succeed in this role, you’ll have
- a master’s degree in economics, engineering, innovation or another relevant field from before 1 September 2020 with excellent results
- worked with energy regulation, socio-economic assessment, business development, technology development, rational and strategic analyses or innovation during your studies
- experience with analysing opportunities, calculating business cases and communicating these concisely
- strong analytical skills, a high level of personal drive and a high learning ability
- an international, collaborative mindset and an ambition to be the best in your field.
You’ll speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently in a global setting.
