The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.

In your rotations, you’ll work on deliverables to large software and modelling-related projects. You’ll be part of a team that works alongside the domain specialists to design and implement software systems ranging from function level systems with dedicated hardware to team-level workflow scripting.

You’ll play an important role in

  • participating as lead or advisor in the design, implementation and operation of software systems
  • designing and implementing mathematical or modelling software
  • facilitating the use of basic software engineering practices, including version control and automatic testing
  • reviewing software developed elsewhere in the organisation, including testing procedures
  • acting as a link between domain specialists and our IT department.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have

  • a master’s degree or a PhD in natural sciences, engineering or another relevant field from before 1 September 2020 with excellent results
  • strong knowledge of computer science
  • experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence and finite element modelling
  • proven track record within operations analysis and discrete mathematics
  • worked with design and optimization of algorithms
  • some knowledge of the technical principles of structural and geotechnical design.

You’ll speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate efficiently in a global setting. Moreover, you’ll spend two rotations in Denmark and one in our London office in the UK.
