To increase the strength of our Polish subsidiary we are looking for a sales professional that understands how to drive sales cycles and has a natural instinct for opportunities that can be won. Disqualifying leads and opportunities that cannot be won is second nature.

We are looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER in order to reinforce our team in Warsaw.

Scope of activities:

  • Sell CONSAFE LOGISTICS solutions to profiled companies from various industries or in a dedicated sales region
  • A strong will and the necessary energy to win new large customers and to develop and to grow existing customers
  • Establish C-Level contacts and develop new sales opportunities
  • Use modern sales tactics and an analytical approach when approaching new customers and position Consafe Logistics solutions with a clear business case
  • Responsible for the management of the entire sales process ensuring that personal targets and other performance metrics are being achieved
  • Understand our clients existing processes and offer our solutions accordingly
  • Involve supporting resources (i.e. Presales, Executives and other functions) at the right time to ensure a successful sales process
  • Show short-term success while ensuring a medium- and long-term perspective to sustainable sales success
  • Use a CRM-System to ensure accurate forecasting

That’s how you convince us:

  • Experience in B2B sales of complex services and/or Enterprise software solutions (i.e. ERP- or Transport-Management-Systems). Ideally you were able to gain this experience at one of the leading WMS vendors.
  • Logistics-/ Supply-Chain experience would be a plus
  • Proven track record of overachieving targets
  • Fluency in oral and written Polish & English
  • Relevant academic degree
  • Business driven with strong negotiations skills
  • High energy and result-driven
