CSR & Compliance consultant to Egmont’s CSR and Compliance team (maternity cover 12 months)
Are you passionate about making CSR and compliance an integrated part of the business? Are you motivated by driving responsibility and sustainability projects and by interacting closely with stakeholders across the organization?

Egmont, a leading media group in the Nordics, is searching for a CSR & compliance consultant for our CSR & compliance team, which is based in Copenhagen. We are looking for a colleague with strong CSR expertise, solid business understanding and an analytical and proactive approach, who can drive CSR projects and track and report on sustainability KPI’s across Egmont’s dynamic and creative divisions.

The CSR & compliance team consists of four dedicated persons and covers CSR, supplier code of conduct and auditing, product safety & quality, regulatory compliance and Business Ethics. We are part of Egmont’s Corporate Legal & Compliance department, a team of 13 persons in total. You will be working closely with and reporting to the Legal & Social Compliance Director Winnie Caroline Nygaard Brok.

Key tasks
As CSR & compliance consultant your key tasks will be to:

•Assist in developing and strengthening the corporate responsibility framework and ensuring its implementation across the divisions
•Develop and track sustainability processes and KPI’s across the business
•Perform materiality assessments and internal workshops
•Monitor and communicate CSR progress internally and in our annual CSR report
•Handle ad-hoc CSR and compliance projects and monthly/quarterly reporting duties
•Monitor compliance with Egmont’s Social Compliance programme and licensor requirements, including follow-up on audit reports
•Contact person for some of Egmont’s key licensors with respect to Code of Conduct and social compliance issues
•Issue relevant updates on regulatory, social and environmental compliance to business

We expect that you have

•A solid academic background where CSR and compliance are reflected
•Project- and stakeholder management experience and skills
•Process- and change management experience
•Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
•Working experience within supplier code of conduct and CSR
•Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
•Fluency in English is a must (drafting and negotiation level), as well as fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages
