About Global Strategic Alliances team
The Strategic Alliances team is responsible for maintaining and building up relationships with major providers of desk phones and software-based communication clients from companies like Microsoft, Zoom, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Amazon, Genesys etc. The team makes sure that our engineers develop easy-to-install solutions that make our products interoperable with desk & soft phones and software ecosystems. They also explore ways of further improving our joint customer offer from a technical perspective (80%) and commercial perspective (20%).
The team consists of two Strategic Alliances Managers and a System Admin. Currently we are looking for two new colleagues within UC(C) and CC industries.

Your role
In short, in your role you will be responsible for ensuring Sennheiser product interoperability and certification with named Strategic Alliances partners within Contact Center as a Service space (CC). Also, ensuring Sennheiser has a relevant product and solution portfolio for CC.
We are looking for a product manager profile whom will be responsible for driving partner product interoperability within Sennheiser organization to bring best-of-breed solutions to the market that have both Sennheiser audio quality and is compliant with CC partner products. You will also proactively recruit partners within CC industry by utilizing strong influencing skills.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Alliances, you will:
• Drive Technical product compatibility (80%)
o Contact Center partner products interoperability with our products in close collaboration with PM & R&D teams
o Product certification by complying with partner specifications in close collaboration with PM & R&D teams
o Technology/roadmap exchange with selected CC partners
o Regular ftf meetings and calls with selected CC partners PM & Certification team to drive compatibility and certification

• Enable commercial partnership from a global perspective (20%)
o Proactively engage partners within CC space to establish Sennheiser in CC industry
o Act as a global account manager for selected CC partners and drive initiatives with both technical as well as commercial teams: global marketing and regional alliances/sales teams
o Act as a SME (subject matter expert) for selected CC partners and (co-) develop content for training, white-paper and marketing collateral

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (ideally in a technical field such as computer science or engineering)
• 5+ years in product management
• Strong project- and stakeholder/influential management skills both internally: R&D, Sales/Regional Strategic Alliances and Marketing, and externally with CC partners
• Experience with CC products, services and/or consumer electronics industry
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Available for travel between 20-30 days a year
• Experience from working cross-functionally in an international organization
• Result-oriented, proactive, energetic, determined to succeed, and an entrepreneurial individual with a go-getter mindset

Preferred qualifications:
• Preferably you also have a commercial education coupled with the passion for bridging technology, and user insights
• Ideally, your experience comes from working in a similar role in a global setup
• Technical savvy - audio acoustics technology and contact center interoperability technologies
• Previous experience within Strategic Alliances
