Join us to help establish the right supplier strategy for the ODM area in Bang & Olufsen. Stepping into this newly established position in Singapore, you will be instrumental in helping us establish the right supply base for our organisation.
Your mission
As the ODM procurement manager, your task will be to manage our partners and help our organisation choose the right partners from the get-go. Doing so, you will get to use your knowledge and understanding of both the industry, competition and future technologies as you work closely with your KAM colleagues to identify, select and qualify partners.
Moreover, you will:
- Continually follow up on procurement activities
- Manage and drive partner performances
- Establish and maintain SRM (Supplier Relation Management)
- Enhance innovation and cost competition
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and EOL (End-of-Life) processes
- Manage QBR, Procurement database (pricing, parts setup and SAP) and negotiation
To meet the needs of the business, this position will take you travelling internationally.

You also know how to influence others, and as an articulate professional, you know how to communicate in a clear-cut manner.
Moreover, you bring:
- 4+ years of experience in commodity management working with ODM/CMS Partners, which has given you a comprehensive in-depth understanding of purchasing and sourcing concepts
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or engineering
- Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving and the ability to work independently
- Global experience working with European and Chinese Partners
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, preferable understand Chinese
