Process Consultants for Process Excellence in Operations, TDC NetCo (maternity covers)

TDC Group

Would you like to be part of shaping the digital future of Denmark by transforming the Operation Excellence and making a visible impact? Are you ready to join us on a cultural journey towards a more ITIL aligned and agile approach? Are you eager to contribute and implement these changes in the organization? Then this may be a job for you.

About the Company
In May 2018, TDC was taken over by a Consortium (ATP, PFA, PKA, Macquarie) with the ambition to split the integrated telco into two independent companies, i.e. an infrastructure focused NetCo and an end-user focused Nuuday. With a long investment horizon and high ambition, the owners are focusing on stable infrastructure assets, and now, after one year, the network operations and infrastructure organization has been established as a stand-alone company; TDC NetCo. TDC NetCo wants to establish the foundation for Denmark's digital future and the strategy is to ensure that the country's IT infrastructure is among the best, by investing significantly in fixed and mobile infrastructure as well as implementation of the latest technology on the market. TDC NetCo is trying to reshape a whole industry and become a reference point for the telecom industry globally.

About the role
We are looking for Process Consultants to join the Process Excellence team of experts that in practice know how to design and implement processes while taking customers, maturity, service, and business focus into consideration. The team is based in the Operations unit of NetCo having direct operational accountability for the most critical systems of the company.

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and pragmatic experts who with respect to the ongoing operation can facilitate and implement robust processes. You build your knowledge on a foundation from e.g. Best Practices (ITIL), international and local standards.

Your areas of responsibility involve:

  • Responsible for one or more core processes, e.g. Incident- or Change Management
  • Manage the ongoing work on assessment of current processes, development and implementation of to-be processes
  • Ongoing development and execution of continuous improvement programs within your process area
  • Mature current service/process KPIs and KQIs. Execute on our roadmap for standardized, automated and real-time reporting
  • Participate in the development of a service strategy
  • Be able to facilitate workshops and lead training activities
  • Deal with multiple stakeholders and communicate changes

You have a degree within a relevant field and have a minimum of 3+ years of experience from a complex telco/IT or service industry. You have solid hands on experience with processes, ITIL, project management, service management and knowledge of organizational change management.

To succeed in this role, you possess great interpersonal skills. Other people enjoy working with you and you act consistently with integrity, think fast, get things done - and you are fun to be around.
