Director, InMarket Product Support

Having this goal in mind, we need you to help us obtain this goal together with our InMarket Product Support team within our Product Quality department that consists of 90 employees in total.

You will be leading a team of 18 employees, where you have 5 direct reports including 3 managers reporting to you. The skillset of the team is spread within Hardware, testing, Software, Fitting Software related to our product portfolio. The team in located in Denmark and Poland.

Your task
As Director for InMarket Product Support your primary task is to lead, engage and create the InMarket Product Support vision for the team. You are responsible for ensuring that the team develops their competences and get clear priorities that are aligned with our Product Quality and Business strategies.

You will drive, maintain or improve the quality and performance of our products following market feedback and you will be accountable of the technical performance of the products when reaching the mature phase of the process development.

Through your team, you will retrieve the learnings from the market and channelling this into new development program and platforms. If you have similar experience this is considered as a plus.

Furthermore, you will act as chairman for the Product Support Board which governs post market activities.

You report to the vice president of Product Quality.

We hope you are up for this challenge! We expect you bring in:
• Min. 5 years experience within team leading and management.
• You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Mechanical, Electronic or Software engineering.
• You have had experience as project manager.
• You have strong stakeholder management skills to be able to align with several organizations.
• It is meriting if you have experience from the medical device industry and familiarized yourself with ISO13485, MDD/MDR, FDA and similar medical directives knowledge and understanding.

Our company language is English and we expect you to be fluent in English.

Since we are a global company working across sites, we travel. You should be able to travel app. 20 days per year.
