How to contribute to our vision
For our Process and Data organization we are looking for an Advanced Process and Systems Expert to focus on production execute processes. The Advanced Process and System Expert has a Global responsibility across all 28 production locations, numerous site locations and all related global functions.

The Process and System organization provides governance in order to assure highly effective business processes, data and related tools across all of the Onshore business unit, regions and interfacing organizations, utilizing and improving the required IT system landscape.

You will be responsible for improvements of system applications within the assigned production execution process capabilities. Amongst others; Production master data creation, shop-floor execution, shop-floor integration with product design, quality and production data collection. Besides this you will be collaborating with the other capabilities on system and process interfaces and cross functional projects.

Responsibilities include:

Design, implement, monitor and govern stable and mature processes within Onshore IT tools (core systems; ERP and MES), including:

  • Design and implement optimized processes in terms of lead times and costs
  • Define terminology, nomenclature, concepts, responsibilities, KPI's etc.
  • Establish formalized procedures, instructions and processes

Function as point-of-contact for all IT change requests related to designated processes, including:

  • Validate end-user business requirement, including review of business case
  • Ensure global alignment on requirements across plants and organizations
  • Creation of scoping document, IT demand and IT change request form on related SharePoint

Ensure continuous daily operations related to designated processes implemented in IT tools (e.g. SAP)

  • First point of contact for key user for operational and “how to” questions
  • Sparring and supporting key-users regarding issues related to processes and data
  • Coordinate and drive training activities, such as training of key users or ensuring that training of end-users takes place when necessary

Identify business requirements around data and support in developing concepts, methods, accuracy measurement & solutions to be implemented in Onshore IT landscape.

Lead the process and system expert (Key Users) communities, demonstrate close work relations, knowledge sharing and communication with relevant operative and governance functions.

  • Lead process communities
  • Participation in authorization manager community and role inventories
  • Participation in and management of projects and tasks within related functional area

Drive change management related activities when anchoring new processes and IT tools, including:

  • Advocate and communicate the need for changes to key stakeholders and key users
  • Demonstrate the benefits of the change to the broader organization

Active participation in the department, sparring with colleagues, ensuring information flow and flagging of issues pertaining to the department, supporting and contributing to the goals of the broader organization

Follow and adhere to SGRE regulated procedures pertaining to, but not limited to, safety procedures, time registration, travel expense reporting and IT security guidelines

What you need to make a difference
First and farmost; you have a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. Beyond this we be focusing on the following skillset in our selection.

Technical knowledge:

  • You possess expert knowledge of SAP Modules, mainly PP, MM and optionally BI/BW and document management in SAP.
  • You posses expert knowledge of a market leading Manufacturing Execution System (MES) – etc. SAP MII, SIMATIC IT, Dassault Systems, PRISMA or other.
  • You are an advanced user of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power point, Visio and Project.
  • You have experience with various data and process mining tools.

Mastering these practical methods :

  • You possess advanced knowledge of problem solving methods (e.g. root cause analysis), methods of continuos improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma), project management methods and tools (+ Agile) and change management.
  • You possess basic knowledge of risk assessment and conflict management

Professional Knowledge:

  • You have advanced business understanding and excellent process knowledge of assigned area (assembly/production execution).
  • You possess advanced consulting skills and presentation skills and techniques
  • You hold relevant product and quality knowledge

Acquired education:

  • Hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent, and have several years (3+) of supply chain management and business set-up experience from a similar industry e.g. the auto or the aviation industry. In addition, you have a profound cross-functional understanding of business process management on a global scale including proven expertise in the listed SAP tools.

As a person, you are extrovert combined with an analytical and systematic mindset. You have a proactive and self-driven approach to your tasks and you welcome new challenges. In addition, you possess strong communication and English skills both orally and in writing.

You are able to interact with all levels of the organization to deliver results in an international culture environment. You possess communication and influencing skills within all levels of staff and up to middle management and across different functions.

You hold advanced leadership experience within the areas of project management, governance, mentoring and change management.
