In Service Denmark we are looking for an Operation Manager that, together with the rest of the Service team in the office in Brande, make sure that we provide the best service possible for our customers. Responsible for providing effective services for both product related maintenance and value adding services. The lifecycle customer relationship of service business is focusing on customer economics in order to ensure customer satisfaction with products, solutions, and services. This includes management of requests and claim services, provision of customer support activities and guidance, consultancy, and solving product and services-related issues in cooperation with other functions as well as developing new service offerings.

How to contribute to our vision
As an Operation Manager you will be responsible for a certain number of Service contracts, and make sure that they all are executed according to what has been agreed in the contract. Also being regularly in contact with the customers to answer any questions arises, support them towards local authorities, attend customer meetings, create monthly reports with all agreed information for the customers. Together with the Service execution team you will plan the service activities for your sites, create offers to the customers with post-warranty turbines and make sure they are executed within budget. Be pro-active in terms of identifying Mods & Ups sales opportunities, spare part sales and other post-warranty offers.

The Operations Manager manages with responsibility:

  • Executes the contracts and offers within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
  • Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management.
  • Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
  • Responsible for the implementation of costumer specific solutions.
  • Clarifies technical issues with Service Engineering and with customers.
  • Together with the Commercial Project Manager identify Risk & Opportunities within each contract and regular updating them.

A person that in their previous role has been used to have the customer in focus and provide the best service possible. The person is also a good team player and can make itself around in a strong and committed team. See opportunities and drive them towards cost optimizations or sales possibilities. Having the experience with similar roles within the renewable energy business would be an advantage.

As well we expect that you are:

  • Experienced user of MS Office, Office 365 and Power BI
  • Strong IT skills and open to learn new IT tools.
  • Able to work in a multicultural environment with a flexible mindset for changes
  • Able to communicate fluently in Danish and English – orally as well as in writing
