Do you want to join a dynamic highly skilled HR department? We are looking for a Student Assistant who can actively take part in activities related to people and leadership development with focus on learning design, administration and supporting platforms.

You will be part of a highly competent and dynamic Corporate HR engaged in strategic HR activities and HR services that support our line of business and the overall Lundbeck Strategy. You can expect a positive work environment with motivated colleagues and a diverse working day.

Your job and key responsibilities
The position offers opportunities to gain insight and experience in the daily activities of Corporate HR within a large and complex organization. Your working hours will be app. 20 hours per week with flexibility during exam periods and semester breaks. We expect you to start as soon as possible.

Student Assistant in People & Leadership Development
This position is to support the delivery of our Global Leadership Programmes. In this role, you will primarily be involved in coordinating and administrating pre- and post-activities related to the different programmes. We are in the process of developing the programmes further and need your input on digital meeting platforms and learning design as well as a strong hand on the management of the programmes.

  • You derive satisfaction from independently solving everyday problems using sound judgement and pragmatism, and you are proactive in reaching out to colleagues to solve tasks.
  • You have a service minded attitude and take pride in solving tasks in a focused and timely manner.

In addition to the above mentioned you are:

  • Currently on your Bachelor studies either on 4th or 6th semester or have just begun your Master studies in a relevant field, e.g. HR, IT, communications, learning, business or other relevant fields. You have at least two years left of your studies.
  • You have experience/have a strong interest in digital meeting platforms (ex. Skype for Business, Zoom, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Webex and other systems we haven’t even heard about)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - and not afraid of handling complex data
  • Experience with Sharepoint is an advantage
  • Can-do and proactive attitude
  • Proficient in English and Danish (written and spoken)

You do not necessarily have experience within HR, however is curious to learn more
