We are looking for an IT Developer to help us with the maintenance and support of the Contact Centre Genesys Platform. This is an opportunity for you to deliver great customer service, work across borders and influence our Contact Centre set-up.

About this opportunity
Welcome to Technology, Application Maintenance and the Contact Centre Operations team. We ensure that new and existing customers are able to get in touch with Nordea 24/7 through phone, mail, chat and other digital channels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Incident handling
  • System investigations and problem root cause analysis
  • Preventive platform improvements
  • Request fulfilment
  • Other maintenance tasks

You’ll join an international and multicultural team of customer oriented and highly skilled Genesys developers located in Denmark, Poland and India. Our working language is English and our Copenhagen team is located in Nordea’s HQ Taastrup.

  • Are structured, curious and interested in learning
  • Proactively seek guidance and knowledge of best practices in order to develop your own and the team’s performance
  • Take responsibility for delivering great customer and end user IT services

Your experience and background:

  • You have a computer science degree and preferably a few years of experience
  • ​You have experience within customer and user support from an IT Support unit, preferably based on ITIL best practices
  • You have experience working with one or more of the following areas:
    • System administration (Windows and Linux servers, network, SQL databases)
    • Web server administration (Tomcat, IIS, Apache, REST API)
    • Programming languages, such as JavaScript, C#, Java or SQL
  • Experience in working with Genesys Pure Engage platform is an advantage
