We are looking for
We are looking for a thorough and self-driven bookkeeper, that meets deadlines.

Your bookkeeping toolbox is strong, and you have a great knowledge of bookkeeping practices in accordance with the ÅRL. You have experience from a similar position as a bookkeeper, where you have been working with documents, reconciliation of accounts and banks

You are competent and confident in making independent decisions and taking ownership, while at the same time spreading your enthusiasm to your colleagues.

You have the ability to communicate in English, which is our group language.

In addition, we would like you to:

  • have experience with e-conomics or Dynamics365 as we expect to change to Dynamics365 within a year
  • have experience with Danløn

Key responsibilities

  • Daily accounting
  • Supplier approval flow management
  • Preparing payments in online banking
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Reconciliation of VAT, reporting of EU VAT
  • Payroll
  • Reimbursement of maternity and sick leave
  • Knowledge of international VAT rules is an advantage but not a requirement

We offer
As a bookkeeper at Wizdom, you will have a versatile workday where you will get to work with all facets of the classical bookkeeping sphere. You will work closely with all employees in the Danish finance team, but you might also be in contact with your colleagues abroad, as we are part of an international corporation.

The job offers an open and informal work environment with room to grow, and a fun everyday life. We value a high degree of freedom with responsibility and the associated flexible working hours that comes with this.

Your place of work will be in Herlev, but as we look for new premises, it should be expected that your place of work will be closer to Copenhagen in the near future.

The position is part time and will be around 20-25 hours a week and salary will be determined by your qualifications. As we grow as a company it might be possible to change from part time to full time.

The salary package includes health insurance, pension scheme, gross pay scheme and canteen.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible and no later than 1 April 2020.
