Description
An exciting position as Medical Affairs Operations Manager/Coordinator is now available in the Medical Strategy and Communication (MS&C) Pipeline team at Lundbeck, Medical Affairs.

The MS&C Pipeline team is a key function in expanding the Lundbeck pipeline and create value to all our stakeholders. The MS&C Pipeline team is responsible for all medical tasks relating to our pipeline products targeting a row of interesting indications in the psychiatry and neurology field. The position is based at our headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen.

Your job and key responsibilities

  • You will coordinate all medical activities relating to mainly advisory boards, congresses and other events, thereby liaising with experts, as well as logistic and medical communication agencies ensuring effective execution, contracting and adherence to compliance regulations
  • You will maintain and update relevant databases in coordination with Medical Advisors in Medical Affairs and other Lundbeck functions
  • You will be reporting HCP transfers of value into our compliance portal
  • You will assist the department with invoicing, managing purchase orders and budget tracking
  • Your will maintain full year event plan and update programs and event calendar in coordination with other relevant teams
  • You will provide ad hoc administrative support to Director
  • Some level of travel should be expected, around 25 days per year.

Qualifications
Our preferred candidate will possess the following profile

  • Has a B.A. or equivalent degree,
  • Previous work experience:
    • Experience in pharma industry will be considered as a strong advantage
    • Event organization and project management
    • Budget and contract management
    • Using applications such as Microsoft Office tools, budget management and coordination tools and social media
  • Personality and work habits:
    • You must be a good team player, especially across functions and alliances and also be able to work independently.
    • You must be able to work effectively in an exciting high-speed, dynamic and global environment, able to quickly adapt to different situations.
    • You must have a strong customer-centric approach, being able to understand customer needs and deliver value adding outcomes with high quality, on time and in a resource efficient manner.
    • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
