Experienced Strategy Professional to drive our HR transformation

We are looking for two experienced strategy professionals to play a vital role in strategic transformation across Grundfos and within our global HR function as part of our HR Transformation Office.

Strategic HR Transformation
HR Transformation Office is driving our HR transformation by ensuring an empowering strategy deployment within HR, defining and planning the annual HR strategic portfolio, following up on strategy execution and driving selected strategic projects. Moreover, we:

  • Drive a cross organizational Must Win Battle for Grundfos and have the responsibility to define and follow up on key initiatives as well as ensure stakeholder buy-in and commitment to significantly increase simplicity and speed in Grundfos
  • Drive employee experience by defining our employee journey roadmap and redesigning employee journeys to create positive and seamless experiences for both people leaders and employees throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Drive the strategic adjustment of the HR Annual Review by aligning and coordinating the process across a cross-functional team of HR professionals that deliver people review, incentive payout and merit review for Grundfos globally as well as ensuring a strong user experience by challenging and improving communication and training deliverables

What is the job about?
In this role, you will be deeply involved in translating strategy and high-level visions into concrete projects and driving the change processes with the purpose of creating results, engagement and behavioral change. You will be part of a strong, dedicated and enthusiastic team with complimentary capabilities within transformation.

Hence, your key tasks will be to:

  • Motivate and support your colleagues globally to adopt new ways of working. Challenge ‘how we do things’ is an important part of this job
  • Execute strategy by taking on the role as program or project manager for parts of the strategic portfolio that is delegated to you. You will be responsible for defining, scoping, planning and driving the projects, managing key stakeholders across Grundfos, managing risk and following up on project progress
  • Contribute to several strategic projects with your specialized capabilities within transformation and strategy execution
  • Take part in continuously improving, defining and role modeling new ways of working with transformation e.g. governance, change management, engagement and stakeholder management, project methodology and portfolio management

A position of great importance
HR plays a significant role in enabling the key transformations of Grundfos’ Strategy through people, organization and culture. We will use the strong Grundfos Values and Key Behaviors as a solid foundation.

As part of our Transformation Office, your contribution will be two-folded: Support that HR enables Grundfos to deliver on the strategy – and support that HR as a function delivers on the strategy.

You will be based in Bjerringbro with direct report to Head of Transformation Office, Mette Brøgger. In this role you should expect limited travel activity of 10-15 days yearly.

What should you bring with you?
You hold a relevant master’s degree combined with a background from either a consulting company or from a business partnering role in large enterprise. You thrive working project based, you enjoy being part of a changing environment where some things are not clearly defined, and you proactively seek new ways of doing things better.

Moreover, we imagine that:

  • You have solid experience as a project manager in various projects, ideally from strategy execution or from employee- or customer journeys
  • You have experience with change processes and have a strong understanding of the different aspects of real transformations
  • You have strong business, project and people insights and you are able to activate and translate this into business initiatives
  • You have experience in stakeholder management and can ensure stakeholder buy-in and commitment, e.g. through involvement processes
  • You are a strong communicator and facilitator with the ability to create engagement and build relations. You speak and write English fluently
  • You have a positive and energetic personality and are not intimidated by a challenging crowd
  • You are a fast learner who enjoy interacting with all kinds of people
